Pretty slow service and they’re not helpful at resolving issues. It took me three visits just to change my address (and they never did, I gave up trying!)

Terrible service, the staff at the entrance has no idea about the services you can pay for at the cashier, the executives walking around the branch greeting everyone and serving no one, only 1 person in customer service and giving themselves the luxury of chatting, no They respect people's time here. The icing on the cake is that they don't respect turns and people pass first. Appalling!

Very good attention, everything very fast, these last months I have been going there and everyone is usually very attentive.

Appalling! I have never come across such horrible service. From the cashiers (4) to the executives, particularly the lady in module 2, a despot, rude and of course rude. His attitude was so bad that I have evaluated changing banks or at least NEVER returning to that branch even in an emergency, as was the case.

It's probably one of the worst places I've ever been in my life. In fact, I would recommend people not only not to come to this branch, but to change banks.
